I agree with you about Maisie's and Sophie's dresses. I don't think is age appropriate, but I'm pretty sure that when I was 16 I wore something that wasn't age appropriate. And I totally agree with you, we can have different opinions and still be respectful to each other. I see this over and over again, ppl getting worked up about someone saying Emilia's dress was not pretty or that someone didn't like her make up. Is simply your view and we are all allowed to our opinion.

My first thought when I saw Sophie’s outfit was that it reminds me a bit of my prom dress. So yeah…I vaguely remember wanting to dress in a more mature way.

I respectfully disagree but I have no intention of trashing them. They’re beautiful girls. We can discuss fashion and makeup without being angry or hateful. I’m entitled to have my opinion just as you’re entitled to have yours.

I don’t see what’s wrong honestly.
Look at the other photos of them in closeup. Maisie’s makeup is way too heavy. Sophie’s outfit- eh, maybe it’s because I’m 33 and getting stuffy, but it just doesn’t flatter her- it sort of looks like something Heather Locklear would’ve worn in 1990. Especially the red heels with the black outfit.
Clarification about the new poster
It was created by HBO and posted on their facebook page, and they are calling them “fan posters” because they are made solely for us and they aren’t for official hanging up anywhere.But they aren’t fan-made.
I think for the next trailer I would like to have Dolorous Edd just telling us how terrible everything is.
He could also point out flaws and deviations from the books.
