uninstall missing e and then message them. I’ve heard tumblr has been having a ton of issues lately. Ugh! Good luck!!
I have this hunch that the Tumblr Support equivalent of the standard IT dept brush-off is, “Have you tried uninstalling Missing-E yet?”
(I’ll probably try it though.)

my friend tried to contact them recently and couldn’t even send a request until she essentially deleted and wiped MissingE from her system. It’s a little insane. Might as well try though!
