Thanks! I love Jaime’s arc, it’s one of my favorites. I don’t want to post spoilers on the blog so I’ll be vague.

I wouldn’t really call it a redemption arc as some do. It’s more like, now that he isn’t relying on his soldering ability or his relationship with Cersei to define him anymore, he can figure out who he is. But who Jaime is, isn’t that nice a guy anyway. But he’s still smart and and interesting and I love all his chapters. I love how he is the subversion of every golden hero trope, and how Brienne is this reminder of what he could be, and he is that for her in a way. Not his lack of honor, but his role as the golden legendary knight. I rather like how their appearances are a bit similar- the coloring, their muscles, and they’re almost the same height. Except he’s pretty and she’s not considered attractive. It’s all sort of twisted up and I can’t wait to see how it plays out. Not sure if this makes sense. I have a lot of Brienne and Jaime feelings.
