Tumblr of Thrones, I agree about the notion of female friendship being annihilated. We have a lot of male friendship in this show, however women are always bickering at each other - even sisters such as Arya and Sansa (even if deep down they love each other). We see male/female friendship (Arya/Jon, Arya/Gendry), male/male (Bronn/Tyrion, Tyrion/Varys, Tyrion/Jaime). I know some of these are brothers and sisters, but it sucks that even THAT kind of relationship between women is mostly bitter in GOT.

Yeah it does. I don’t think it’s intentional, but when you have a show run by and mostly written by men, this is what happens. They don’t even realize what they’re doing.
