Users Online Tumblr of Thrones, I havent read any of the books and as far as the show is concerned, the only time Cat was cold to Jon was the scene with Bran in the coma. But then again, that’s the only time we saw them interact. Do the books offer more insight into their relationship? Cuz if they dont, then we cant really say she HATES him, since we only have 1 instance of them interacting

Not a lot of insight. It seems like she avoided him a lot at Winterfell. She is annoyed that he looks more like Ned than any of her kids do (except Arya). But she doesn’t go off on people about the subject- her negative thoughts stay in her head the majority of the time.
